Code Rage

Bits and Bytes are my legos

A little about the man

I live, breathe, drink and absolutely love application development. I'm in love with ideas; building them, cultivating them, and watching them come to fruition.

my image

When I am not thrashing on some code and bending it to my will, I can often be found playing 'Pony's' with my girls or watching a sappy movie with the wife.

Some other things that I love (in no particular order): Big Bang Theory, hunting, fishing, cars, technology, Marvel and DC, UFC, and Chicago Bears Football...

Jassen Michaels

Application Developer from the Midwest

Around the age of 10 or so I got an infamous TRS-80 or "Trash 80" as it is affectionatly known, and from that point on I knew I would work with computers for the rest of my life. I taught myself how to write in Basic and started coding Zork-like adventure games, just because... I was a nerd before being a nerd was cool.

My professional career has been diverse working in Tech Support, Project Management, Business Analyst, and Release Manager among other things, but all the while coding for fun or sometimes for pay on the side. I have since established a very successfull professional career as an Application Developer along with establishing myself as a freelancer which has allowed to me branch out and learn, explore, and try some of the latest and greatest technologies out there like Django, Angular, and Node.
